Terms of Service

1. Overview

1.1 These Terms of Service establish a binding agreement between SuperClean Maintenance Services Pte. Ltd. (referred to as “SuperClean SG,” “we,” or “us”) and the Customer (referred to as “you” or “Customer”) regarding the provision of cleaning services.

1.2 By booking a service with SuperClean SG, the Customer acknowledges and agrees to these Terms. Any engagement via our website, phone, email, or other channels constitutes acceptance of these conditions.

1.3 Our services include, but are not limited to:

  • Home Cleaning (Regular & One-Time)
  • Deep Cleaning
  • Office & Commercial Cleaning
  • Aircon Servicing 
  • Mattress Cleaning
  • Sofa Cleaning
  • Carpet Cleaning

Definitions

  • Agreement – The contract formed between SuperClean SG and the Customer under these Terms.
  • Customer – The individual or business engaging SuperClean SG for services.
  • Service Personnel – Employees or independent contractors performing cleaning services on behalf of SuperClean SG.
  • Quotation – The estimated cost of services provided by SuperClean SG, valid for a limited period.

2. Booking & Scheduling

2.1 Services are subject to availability, and we encourage Customers to book in advance.

2.2 Our Service Personnel will arrive within a 30-minute window of the scheduled time. Any unforeseen delays will be communicated as soon as possible.

2.3 If a Customer requires a specific time slot, this must be confirmed at the time of booking.

3. Pricing & Payment

3.1 All prices are quoted in Singapore Dollars (SGD) and may be subject to GST.

3.2 Accepted payment methods:

  • PayNow
  • Bank Transfer
  • Debit/Credit Card (A 3.4% + $0.50 surcharge applies)

3.3 Payments must be completed upon service completion unless otherwise agreed.

3.4 Late Payment Policy

  • Unpaid balances may incur a 2% monthly interest charge.
  • SuperClean SG reserves the right to pause future services until outstanding payments are cleared.

4. Customer Responsibilities

4.1 The Customer must ensure that the cleaning environment is safe and accessible.

4.2 Customer obligations include:

  • Granting timely access to the premises.
  • Securing fragile or valuable items in advance.
  • Ensuring water and electricity are available for cleaning services.

4.3 The Customer must not:

  • Request additional tasks outside the agreed service scope.
  • Behave in an abusive, inappropriate, or discriminatory manner towards our Service Personnel.

4.4 If SuperClean SG personnel arrive and are unable to carry out the job due to inaccessibility or unsafe conditions, a 50% cancellation fee may apply.

4.5 Non-Solicitation Clause

  • Customers agree not to engage our Service Personnel for private work for 24 months after service termination. Any breach may result in legal action.

5. Our Commitments

5.1 SuperClean SG ensures that all personnel:

  • Are legally employed in Singapore.
  • Are trained in professional cleaning procedures.
  • Are covered under Work Injury Compensation Insurance (WICA).

5.2 SuperClean SG complies with all employment laws, including CPF contributions, statutory leave, and medical benefits.

6. Cancellations & Rescheduling

6.1 Customers may cancel or reschedule by providing at least 24 hours’ notice.

6.2 Cancellations within 24 hours of the scheduled time will incur a 50% fee.

6.3 If SuperClean SG must cancel a booking, we will notify the Customer promptly. No charges will apply for services canceled by SuperClean SG.

7. Service Guarantee & Liability

7.1 The Customer must report any service concerns within 7 days of the cleaning session.

7.2 If a valid issue is identified, SuperClean SG may:

  • Offer a complimentary re-cleaning.
  • Provide partial compensation, subject to assessment.

7.3 SuperClean SG is not liable for:

  • Pre-existing damage or wear-and-tear.
  • Loss or damage to unsecured valuables.
  • Issues arising from improperly installed furniture or fixtures.

7.4 Key Loss Policy

  • If a key is misplaced by our personnel, SuperClean SG will cover replacement costs up to SGD 50.

8. Confidentiality & Data Protection

8.1 SuperClean SG respects Customer privacy and ensures that all personal data is handled in compliance with the Personal Data Protection Act (PDPA) of Singapore.

8.2 Customer information is used solely for service coordination and will not be shared with third parties without consent.

9. Dispute Resolution

9.1 In case of disputes, both parties must first attempt to resolve the issue amicably within 30 days.

9.2 If no resolution is reached, mediation through the Small Claims Tribunal or an agreed mediation service will be pursued.

9.3 If mediation fails, disputes will be settled under the exclusive jurisdiction of the Singapore courts.

10. Changes to Terms & Conditions

10.1 SuperClean SG may update these Terms as necessary.

10.2 Any changes will be published on our website, and continued use of our services implies acceptance of the revised Terms.

11. Force Majeure

11.1 SuperClean SG is not responsible for delays or service disruptions caused by:

  • Natural disasters, pandemics, government regulations, strikes, or other unforeseen events.

11.2 If such an event continues for more than 30 days, either party may terminate the agreement.

12. Miscellaneous

12.1 These Terms represent the entire agreement between SuperClean SG and the Customer.

12.2 If any provision is found invalid or unenforceable, the remaining Terms will still apply.

14. Governing Law

These Terms & Conditions are governed by the laws of Singapore and subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of Singapore courts.
